Andalusian chickens are wonderfully designed for foraging on the range. The breed’s rugged nature makes it hardy, even in cold climates. If they are given enough space, they do well with other breeds. Andalusians are not excessively noisy.

The Ayam Cemani is a rare breed of chicken from Indonesia. They have a dominant gene that causes hyperpigmentation, making the chicken mostly black, including feathers, beak, and internal organs.
The Opal Legbar is a recently developed color variety bred from the Cream Legbar and like other Legbars, they are autosexing and sport a crest. These beautiful birds lay just as beautiful blue green eggs.

Appenzeller Spitzhauben are considered a large fowl class but are unusually small to medium in size. They are very active and inquisitive foragers. They lay approximately 156 medium white eggs per year. Fertility tends to be very high for this breed. The breed is also cold hardy.

The Silkie is a breed of chicken named for its atypically fluffy plumage, which is said to feel like silk and satin. The breed has several other unusual qualities, such as black skin and bones, blue earlobes, and five toes on each foot, whereas most chickens only have four.
Belgian Bearded D’Uccles have both beards and feathers on their legs. The color Mille Fleur is French for "thousand flowers." The name seems to describe the hundreds of white dots or spangles, they have on each feather. D'Uccles have a single comb and lay around 3-5 white eggs each week. Because of their friendly and calm nature, they are excellent pets and show birds.
The Barbu de Watermael is one of the smallest of all bantams. It has a narrow backswept crest, a three-part beard and a unique spined rose comb. It is raised almost exclusively as an ornamental fowl. Add some spice to your flock with this little ball of personality.

The Bourbon Red is a breed of domestic turkey named for its unique reddish plumage. The mature Bourbon Red toms (males) weigh 33 pounds, and mature hens (females) weigh 18 pounds.
